Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hiring function across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth, improve time-to-fill metrics, and enhance candidate experience.

This position will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring all requisitions are approved, posted, and tracked effectively via our applicant tracking system. Additionally, this role will collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and market trends, as well as strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills. A solid understanding of recruitment analytics and talent trends is also essential. Experience working with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment reporting tools are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and business goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs across departments and regions.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality of hire.
  • Lead execution of hiring drives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and diversity hiring programs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for a mix of roles.
