We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to maintain a productive work environment.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events ensuring seamless coordination.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physical and digital to facilitate efficient access to information.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and office documentation to aid decision-making.
- Manage office expenses effectively to optimize resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, external vendors, and clients.
- E nsure compliance with office policies and safety regulations to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (desired).
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are necessary to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with basic IT systems and software is beneficial but not mandatory.
