Job Opportunity: Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support on various matters, including corporate governance, contract drafting, and disputes resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance issues and corporate compliance matters.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, including sale and purchase agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and bank guarantees.
  • Responsible for structuring, drafting, and reviewing reports and other legal documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of overall experience in a large organization with at least 3-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpretation and drafting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Law Degree from a HEC recognized Law School/University.
  • Solicitor, Bar-at-law, L.L.M. would be an added advantage.
