Essential Duties
  1. Main responsibility is to ensure that the Director's daily schedule is up-to-date, accurate, and reflects all upcoming appointments and commitments.
  2. Plan and coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistics for the Director.
  3. Effectively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders, and external contacts via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  4. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and packages efficiently.
  5. Maintain accurate records, minutes of meetings, and reports for the Director.
Desirable Attributes
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP software.
  • Understanding of office administration, budgeting, and financial processes.
  • Research and analytical skills, with experience in report writing and presentation.
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferably MBA.
