Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services to maintain a safe working environment.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office communications to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) to facilitate quick information retrieval.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and office documentation to aid decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office manager, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with basic IT systems and software is a plus.
