Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Client Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • You will develop and execute strategies to retain existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet client needs and drive business results.
  • You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry relationships and market knowledge to secure new clients.
  • You will develop and manage client relationships, ensuring long-term loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • You will conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • You will manage and resolve conflicts with clients in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
