Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Specialist to lead our industrial automation business unit in the country.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of channel sales aspects and be capable of leveraging relationships with partners and key end users.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the channel partner business for Automation, Drives and SCADA systems.
  • Forecast correctly and manage top and bottom lines assigned to Business Unit.
  • Closely monitor the opportunity portfolio and develop a strong pipeline.
  • Create programs and initiatives to lead the country channel partners to enter key markets.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the channel partner business.
  • Forecasting correctly and managing top and bottom lines assigned to Business Unit.
  • Closely monitoring the opportunity portfolio and developing a strong pipeline.
  • Creating programs and initiatives to lead the country channel partners to enter key markets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in a technical field (i.e.: BS Electrical Engineering, BS Electrical and Electronic Engineering, BS Control & Automation Engineering).
  • Very good command of English language skills (both verbal and written).
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial automation experience.
  • Schneider Electric Automation prior product knowledge is a plus.
  • Field experience is desirable. Process control experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage channel partners and customers demand.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to analyze issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively meet deadlines.
