We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team and support facility operations. This is a mobile field role involving routine maintenance, branch visits, and repair work across multiple sites in Lahore.

  • You will be responsible for daily site visits, ensuring uninterrupted service and facility upkeep at client bank branches.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC units (split, cassette, ducted systems, etc.)">
  • Perform routine checks, filter cleaning, gas charging & compressor checks">
  • Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues">
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations across multiple locations">
  • Maintain tools, service logs, and provide brief reports to supervisors">
  • Coordinate with the head office and ensure compliance with safety protocols">

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–3+ years in HVAC repair & general maintenance (corporate/bank environment preferred)">
  • Education: Technical Diploma / Certification in HVAC, Electrical or relevant trade">
  • Mobility: Own bike is mandatory (for travel between sites)">
  • Skills: AC troubleshooting, general repair work, plumbing basics, electrical fixes, safety-first approach">
  • Availability: Must be available for urgent hiring & immediate joining">
