We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiting Consultant, you will act as a vital link between client managers and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on IT and Accounting & Finance roles. You will also have demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of data entry with accuracy and consistency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between client managers and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates">
  • Evaluate resumes for client submission, prepare notes to justify candidate selections, and provide feedback for rejections">
  • Enter candidate submissions into the VMS (e.g., Beeline preferred) with precision and adherence to compliance guidelines">
  • Prepare detailed notes and maintain records for candidate evaluations, submissions, and follow-ups">
  • Ensure all recruitment processes align with compliance and guidelines; training will be provided">
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication">
  • Assist in conducting references and background checks for selected candidates">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT and Accounting & Finance roles">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of data entry with accuracy and consistency">
  • Understanding of recruitment compliance and guidelines; training will be provided">
  • Experience working with VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline preferred) and familiarity with multi-monitor setups for efficient workflow">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to maintain and build professional relationships">
  • Past and recent experience in EST or Central Time zones">
  • Confidence, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving">
