
Enterprise Sales Executive

As a key member of the HRSI team, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our team of Account Executives in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and be able to provide management direction to AEs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Account Executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to AEs to ensure they meet their sales objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with other staff functions to ensure resources are available to support selling objectives.
The National Sales Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales and be responsible for managing a geographic territory, vertical market, or named account list.
Requirements- 10 years of experience in sales leadership with 3 years in a similar position.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
