About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Strategist to join our team. As a Key Account Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aligned with our overall sales plan and goals.
You will ensure that key account customers meet their sales targets and objectives by creating and implementing sales plans, maintaining a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG key account sales, proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications, and a Bachelor's degree or MBA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales plans for institutional customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Organize and execute new product launches and re-launches across all key accounts, driving business growth and expansion.
- Design and implement trade marketing programs tailored to key accounts, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
- Ensure that sales teams possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and training to achieve planned objectives.
- Monitor and control leakage and damage costs associated with key accounts, minimizing financial losses.
- Establish performance goals, provide training, and evaluate the performance of sales teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG key account sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA.
