Job Title:

The Financial Operations Coordinator role is crucial for overseeing financial transactions related to accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Execution: Prepare and execute payment runs, including check, ACH, and wire transfers, to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, address inquiries, and resolve payment discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Expense Control and Optimization: Monitor and control expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements in all accounts payable processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic reports on accounts payable activities.
