Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
  • Oversee the onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.
  • Draft and issue professional HR-related correspondence.
  • Support the performance management process and respond to employee queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor attendance and leave data to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within the designated timeframe.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed payroll records and employee salary files.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. Experience with HRIS/ERP systems is an asset.
