We are seeking a proactive and driven Proactive Sales and Partnerships Executive to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other fintech players.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the fintech space.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, specifically in the fintech sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
