Senior Customer Solutions Specialist (Accounting)

We are seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner, applying knowledge to solve a range of problems, and creating development bug reports.

The successful hire will work as part of our Global team, located in Lahore, Pakistan, and be required to work varied hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.

  • Key responsibilities include effective troubleshooting, listening, problem-solving, positive action, information gathering, and case escalation in a timely manner when appropriate.
  • Prioritize, balance, multitask competing issues based on impact to end user, customer urgency, length of outstanding issue, and political sensitivity.
  • Promote and maintain a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image with customers and internal staff.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in a similar role (customer application support).
  • Experience with Accounting Business applications or ERP's would be an asset.
  • Possess basic knowledge and skill in a technical area such as desktop and network support and be able to handoff to a L2 resource.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and have the ability to work independently and as a team member. They will also be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of issues through resolution.
