We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to manage day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience across our transport services. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer queries, complaints, and requests through calls, messages, or in person.
- Ensure timely coordination of transport bookings and service follow-ups.
- Monitor service quality and take proactive steps to improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer issues efficiently and ensure smooth resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and service details.
- Work closely with the operations team to align on customer needs and feedback.
- Build strong relationships with repeat customers and help maintain service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in transport/logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.).
