  • Optimize conversion funnels across platforms to ensure customer engagement and retention.

Content Writing & Creative Direction
  • Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms.
  • Provide direction on visual branding, design elements, and creative aesthetics to maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Ensure content is optimized for both SEO and audience engagement.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the go-to person for the marketing team in the absence of the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts and ROI.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor analytics and provide reports on brand performance and marketing efforts.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred) and 3+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or related roles. Key skills include strong understanding of digital marketing channels, hands-on experience with content strategy, storytelling, and visual branding, excellent creative sense, and strong project management and task delegation skills.
