Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing accounts effectively.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate promising leads for our outside sales team to pursue. You will also assist in administrative and operational activities, answer calls, manage correspondence, organize and maintain updated documents, and participate in projects providing general support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers, creating new business opportunities for our sales team.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in daily operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining organized files.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
