Business Development Professional

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and developing business opportunities.

  • Identify and connect with potential clients using LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, creating personalized outreach messages to increase response and conversion rates.
  • Qualify leads and hand over warm opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain and manage lead tracking in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and targeting strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation, with a strong focus on LinkedIn outreach.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and pitch solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Sheets/Excel.
