Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email queries, live chat, and calls with international clients
  • Proficiency in computer operations and MS Office, Excel
  • Ability to manage and train subordinates on projects
  • No sales, targets, or commission-based work

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer support role or supervision
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Experience in Zendesk, Gorgias, and CRM software
  • Availability for night shifts
