About the Role

You'll be at the forefront of building our most valuable asset - our people. You'll own and optimize the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent for Product Experience Analyst roles. In partnership with HR, Ops, and L&D, you'll help design and execute scalable hiring strategies to ensure our teams deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires a proactive, data-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping the future of talent at US Mobile.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

- Proactively source and engage top candidates through creative strategies (social platforms, events, referrals).

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, including outreach to university programs and relevant networks.

Candidate Screening & Experience

- Conduct initial screens and assessments to evaluate candidates for role fit and culture alignment.

- Champion an excellent candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and structured interview processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview panels, and align on success criteria.

- Collaborate with Ops to forecast hiring needs monthly, ensuring workforce planning stays on track.

- Work closely with L&D and Admin teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Process Optimization & Reporting

- Maintain organized recruitment documentation, including interview feedback, scorecards, and funnel data.

- Regularly analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, track diversity efforts, and improve time-to-hire.

Employer Branding

- Represent US Mobile at career fairs, virtual events, and university programs to strengthen our employer brand.

- Contribute to building marketing materials and campaigns highlighting our culture, mission, and career opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in ATS tools and sourcing platforms.

- Passion for people, culture, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects our values.

Nice to have

- Prior experience hiring for customer experience or support roles.

- Familiarity with data-driven recruitment practices and hiring analytics.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
