Business Development Role

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A Master's degree would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding operations in Pakistan and strengthening global presence. They must be dynamic individuals who can work both in the field and in-office, driving partnerships with local agents, educational institutions, and recruiting students while managing recruitment and support efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic partnerships with potential recruitment partners and local educational institutions to increase brand awareness and student opportunities.
  • Arrange meetings to explore collaboration opportunities and establish long-term partnerships to drive student admissions.
  • Promote our platform and services at educational fairs, student counseling sessions, and networking events.
  • Deliver presentations and strategy updates sharing valuable insights with executive management and other stakeholders.
  • Manage student applications through our portal ensuring accurate and timely documentation submission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage agent relationships, maintain partner communications, and improve operational systems processes and policies.
  • Train agents and partners on using our portal effectively ensuring they understand processes systems and requirements.
  • Support agent/account development addressing inquiries handling complaints and strengthening business relations with partners.
  • Identify gaps in recruitment marketing and partner engagement processes helping streamline efforts for better efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support regarding application processes admissions requirements and timelines ensuring partners are kept informed and engaged.
  • Create detailed reports on partnership activities student applications and success rates providing valuable insights to management.
  • Represent us in front of audiences and on camera delivering workshops presentations and leading conferences.
  • Manage incoming agent inquiries serving as the primary resource for all priority accounts and keeping line management updated.
  • Support leadership in strategy execution and implementation ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
