Air Export Customer Service Senior Officer – Air Freight Shipping Coordinator

Job Title
Air Export Service Coordinator SpecialistThis role is responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of airfreight shipping by coordinating with customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of airfreight processes, Incoterms 2010, and logistics principles.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with destination and customer to ensure seamless shipping operations
- Collaborate with procurement team to book flights
- Arrange shipments collection with customers and traffic team
- Monitor shipment status and inform customers accordingly
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with customers' Standard Operating Procedures
- Accurately update data in systems
- Interface with multiple parties including customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs on shipment requirements
- Monitor progress to achieve monthly targets
- Closely collaborate with billing team to complete jobs and issue invoices
- Resolving supplier invoice disputes
- Leading issue resolutions
- Implementing improvements to enhance service capabilities within the team
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent qualification
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Airfreight and familiarity with export processes
- Solid understanding of Incoterms 2010
- Self-discipline, initiative, responsibility, and independence in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changes
- Meticulous attention to detail

Working Hours: Monday: 08:30 am - 06:00 pm, Tuesday-Friday: 08:30 am - 06:15 pm
