Job Role Overview

  • Organizational Development: Implement structural improvements to meet evolving talent needs and achieve business strategy goals.
  • HR Operations: Ensure timely delivery of reports, resolve queries, and participate in HR assignments.
  • Cultural Transformation: Embed company values at all sites and represent HR on various platforms.
