Job Title

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, reviewing job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting telephone screenings, coordinating interview teams, participating in interviewing candidates, and ensuring that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of all labour engagement for the country office

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources, excellent written and verbal English and local language skills, and proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
