Overview


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to fill the position of HR Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, leaves, employee documentation, recruiting, selection, orientation, drafting ads, and providing support to the manager with Provident Fund, Social Security & EOBI tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll and ensure timely payment.
  • Coordinate leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Verify employee documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Recruit, select, and orient new employees.
  • Draft and post job ads on various platforms.
  • Assist the manager in handling Provident Fund, Social Security & EOBI tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Visit the site office occasionally to monitor progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
