The Customer Solution Specialist will be responsible for developing customer-centric solutions throughout the sales cycle, based on a deep understanding of customer needs and aligning those needs with our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create compelling proposals and pitches that meet customer requirements.
- Produce detailed cost analyses for customers and ensure all contracts are profitable.
- Work with Marketing to define and refine sales messages, and develop sales packages that effectively communicate key selling points to the sales team.
- Maintain Pre-Sales resources aligned with Marketing Messages and Sales Team requirements.
- Respond promptly to Requests for Information and Requests for Pricing.
- Provide product, business, and technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities to Sales personnel.
- Liaise with technical teams to understand product direction, design, and communicate information back to the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date on business and technical problems addressed by products, including key regulations, business drivers, and evolving business needs.
- Maintain competitive analyses and understand differentiators between our company and its competitors.
- Prepare thoroughly for meetings and present product-centric selling strategies.
- Manage technical pre-sales environments efficiently.
- Develop and generate sales and related reports for analysis.
This role requires a deep understanding of business and technical aspects of the product, as well as strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
