We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team.

This prestigious accreditation is a testament to our commitment to delivering fast and accurate results for routine and specialized testing, accepted by doctors nationwide and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex clinical tests independently according to procedures manuals daily, ensuring timely preparation of final reports.
  • Assist in teaching/training junior staff, students, and trainees according to guidelines provided as needed.
  • Implement safety standards according to Laboratory Safety Manual on a daily basis, following supervisors' guidance.
  • Ensure junior staff adhere to laboratory quality manual guidelines through visual inspection daily.
  • Process and co-sign reports, including negative reports, of lab tests.
  • Follow safety standards daily to provide a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences; Master's degree preferred.
  • Three to four years of experience as a Technologist or six to seven years of relevant experience at a hospital or laboratory, including two to three years of administrative experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of laboratory testing procedures.
  • Knowledge of latest developments in medical technology.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
