As a Senior Clinical Leader in Women's Health, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of clinical and academic activities, patient care, and staff training.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Lecture Delivery: Deliver lectures, seminars, and clinical skills sessions for medical students to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  2. Clinical Facilitation: Facilitate postgraduate trainees in clinical presentations and case-based teaching to promote their development as healthcare professionals.
  3. Event Organization: Assist in organizing conferences and continuing professional development (CPC) events with professional organizations to stay up-to-date with best practices.
  4. Research Coordination: Coordinate research activities and publication requirements to contribute to the advancement of women's health services.
  5. Medical Advice: Provide specialist advice on medical issues referred from other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
  6. On-Call Duty: Participate in on-call duties for 24/7 coverage to support the team during out-of-hours periods.
  7. Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise postgraduate trainees and paramedical staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
