Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot customer issues, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • A positive, friendly, and patient attitude when dealing with customers.

  • Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is a plus.
