Job Title: Customer Support Professional

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. They will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing clear and accurate information about Pixel Communications' products and services.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as necessary.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Assisting in creating and updating customer support documentation.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • A positive, friendly, and patient attitude when dealing with customers.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
