Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and answering customer inquiries related to the software's functionality.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide demos to new leads through videos or remote sessions.
- Work closely with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and deliver training programs for existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Follow up with leads and submitted quotations.
- Create high-quality training and demo videos for existing and potential customers.
- Maintain and design social media content across multiple platforms.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers using ERP software.
- Resolve customer issues through phone and remote desktop support.
- Offer guidance on software usage and resolve customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain customer support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Continuously improve customer support processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in software testing and provide feedback on issues encountered during testing.
