Job Responsibilities

  • Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle service requests.
  • Keep customers informed about their processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
  • Monitor clients' university, visa, and other processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
