Drive sales growth by achieving targets and soliciting new customers in line with the bank's strategy. Keep customers informed of products, services, and promotions to expand the customer portfolio. Grow and maintain a potential customer base for business development and ensure adherence to risk and policy standards in managing the existing client base.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve agreed sales targets as given by the team leader.
- Solicit fresh customers as per agreed bank policies, strategy, and targets.
- Ensure account opening procedures are strictly adhered to as per policies and guidelines.
- Promote high-level customer service and responsiveness to customers.
- Visit existing customers for relationship deepening.
- Assess customer needs and problems, providing solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Monitor customer fund movements and identify where customers fall below criteria level.
- Follow sales management processes regularly and submit required reports to the branch manager on time.
- Maintain close coordination with operations staff to provide prompt and excellent service to customers.
- Ensure highest standards of know-your-customer requirements supported by documentation.
- Manage credit portfolios efficiently with zero expired facilities.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort at the branch premises.
- Monitor and respond to AML reports daily, weekly, and monthly, highlighting suspicious activities.
- Monitor and close STRs raised in a timely manner.
- Comply with AML guidelines, ensuring zero issues in ICD/Group/SBP audits.
- Raise staff awareness through training, implementing Group and Local policies on MLP.
- Dispose of exceptions from MLP reports properly and timely.
- Track and escalate backlogs to appropriate levels, such as STRs, customer due diligence expiries, and daily anti-money laundering queries.
- Provide personalized service to customers.
- Acquire additional business in the form of relationships, liabilities, and assets from target markets.
- Achieve business, revenue, and targets for Business Banking, implementing local and global standards for the segment.
- Generate revenue for Core Branch Banking business.
- Retain and grow portfolios.
- Ensure portfolio health and quality.
- Review processes, resources, and procedures continuously to meet service standards through capacity planning, removing bottlenecks, and workflow changes.
- Engage in customer retention efforts with personal involvement in complaint resolution and ad-hoc feedback from customers.
