PakWheels seeks a Key Account Manager to oversee and grow vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard key vendors to expand platform offerings.
- Build strong relationships with vendors for long-term collaboration.
- Provide guidance on platform policies, pricing strategies, and operational processes.
- Analyze market trends and vendor pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts through strategic planning.
- Implement strategies to improve stock availability and minimize deadstock.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions.
- Drive assortment growth by introducing new product categories and SKUs.
- Work on seasonal and event-based promotional campaigns to boost sales.
- Own and drive GMV targets for assigned vendor accounts.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management, vendor management, or e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with marketplaces, vendor negotiations, and sales growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Google sheets, data analytics, and e-commerce tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
