Promote Strategic Partnerships to Drive Growth
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding vendor relationships. This dynamic position requires close coordination with vendors, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard key vendors to expand offerings.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with vendors.
- Provide expert guidance on platform policies, pricing strategies, and operational processes.
- Analyze market trends and vendor pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop strategies to improve stock availability and minimize deadstock.
- Plan and execute promotions in partnership with vendors and marketing teams.
- Diversify product offerings by introducing new categories and SKUs.
- Drive seasonal and event-based promotional campaigns to boost sales.
- Owning and driving GMV targets for assigned vendor accounts.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in a dynamic product management role.
- 1+ years of people management experience and high effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in software and web development.
- Demonstrable knowledge of SEM and online advertising.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
