We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.

Job Description
  • This is an administrative position responsible for handling employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general information.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee inquiries with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate offboarding procedures.
  • Support the Human Resources department with organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred, specifically capable in people management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A high level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • A proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
