
Senior Business Development Executive

This role involves identifying and developing business opportunities by contacting potential clients and analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials to evaluate options and resolve internal priorities.
It requires coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals.
Maintaining confidentiality of information and protecting the organization's value are crucial responsibilities in this position.
Enhancing the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments is another key duty of this role.
Meeting or exceeding revenue goals for assigned accounts and industries, defining and following up on yearly targets and objectives, and developing and implementing strategies for new products and services are other important responsibilities.
Determining new opportunities by analyzing business needs, managing documentation and records to support all potential transactions, and adopting a team approach working with others in pursuing common goals are essential duties of this role.
A strong candidate for this position should have at least a BBA (Marketing) degree and 2-3 years of experience in a related field, knowledge and experience of generating leads and developing relations on LinkedIn, and good personal relations in the corporate sector.
Key skills include strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, experience of strategic planning and business development, good computer skills, strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality of information, active and able to work under pressure, confident and ambitious, self-disciplined and client-centric, and positive attitude and pleasant personality.
