Job Description:
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients and individual account holders. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and acquire new clients, while also managing existing accounts to ensure smooth loan approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new corporate clients and individual accounts
- Build and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analysis to evaluate clients' creditworthiness and prepare proposals for loan applications
- Monitor and address potential credit risks or delinquencies, and provide effective solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements at all times
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial loans and credit proposals or a related field
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills
- A self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in the field is preferred, but candidates with passion and drive are welcome to apply
