Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Go High Level Expert. The Go High Level Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of the Go High Level CRM platform.

Daily tasks will include configuring automation workflows, customizing the software to meet client needs, and training team members.

The role also involves providing technical support and ensuring data integrity within the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize all aspects of the Go High Level CRM platform

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Go High Level CRM, including workflow automation and customization
  • Experience in CRM management, technical support, and data integrity assurance
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to train team members and provide ongoing support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the outsourcing or offshoring industry is a plus
