National Business Development Manager

Zag Outsourcing is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive the growth and success of our national sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to improve market penetration and increase sales revenue
- Lead and manage a team of experienced sales managers to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of digital printing and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively on a national basis
- Proven ability to work with distribution and direct sales channels
