Job Description

  • As the Head of Business Development and Sales, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue growth by meeting or exceeding targets.
  • You will develop and implement measurable strategic account planning, execute programs, and manage customer relationships at various levels within the company.
  • Your primary focus will be on expanding sales efforts and acquiring new customers for the business.
  • Additionally, you will plan and coordinate corporate activities as required by the company, acting as a head over all sales representatives.
  • You will lead negotiations with new clients, leveraging your negotiation skills to secure agreements that benefit both parties.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in the same industry is essential, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills will enable you to successfully engage with clients and drive business growth.
  • You should possess confidence, tact, and a persuasive and professional manner when interacting with stakeholders.
  • Good organizational business sense, time management skills, and ability to work to budgets are critical for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools would be an advantage.
  • A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure, is essential for this challenging position.
