Job Overview:

This role is responsible for ensuring effective and compliant end-to-end fuel management across the region by overseeing fuel consumption, reconciliation, audits, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional fuel operations to meet assigned targets, policies, and defined processes.
  • Coordinate with teams for operational efficiency measures.
  • Reconcile fueling data with vendors and HQ, maintaining records for audit purposes.
  • Track and follow up on unjustified fuel consumption.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of fuel pumps, vehicles, vans, chronic unjustified fuel sites, and high fuel consumption sites across sub-regions.
  • Share audit findings with teams and vendors, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Follow up with teams and vendors to complete fuel reconciliation according to contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate daily with NOMC and vendors for operational issues, card bifurcations, adjustments, target reconciliations, and fuel requirements.
  • Maintain records of fuel cards, vehicles, stations, and update new inductions or exclusions.
  • Perform monthly fuel closing and clear variances between uplifted and dispersed fuel transactions.
  • Verify UACs in accordance with contracts, ensuring full compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Execute field operations projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in relevant field.
