Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, fostering a collaborative environment that drives business growth.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies for your assigned area, ensuring alignment with regional goals and objectives.
  3. Area Visits: Conduct regular visits to your designated area, working closely with TSO/TSM to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Target Achievement: Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets, analyzing sales data to inform strategy adjustments.
  5. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and share comprehensive reports with management and head office, maintaining open communication channels to address concerns and opportunities.
  6. Matter Resolution: Promptly resolve any matters arising with distributors, upholding a reputation for exceptional customer service.
  7. Team Management: Oversee the recruitment and development of a complete team of order bookers across your assigned territory.
  8. Meetings and Updates: Regularly conduct meetings with TSO/SR, providing updates on progress and discussing strategies for improvement.
