Job Summary

The Lead Generation Specialist role involves identifying, qualifying and nurturing high-value leads through multiple channels to fuel the sales team's pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers within desired industries.
  • Execute cold outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email and prospecting platforms.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM systems consistently.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Schedule discovery calls and hand over warm leads to the sales team.
  • Work in tandem with marketing and business development teams to align lead gen efforts with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analystic mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
