Regional Business Developer

Job Overview:
The Field Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding Oaktra's presence in the Taxila/Wah, HasanAbdal & Attock regions, working to grow its client base and distribution network.
The representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Oaktra's cement and other related products, focusing on expanding market share in the Taxila, Wah, and Hasan Abdal & Attock regions. This is a commission-based role, where earnings are directly tied to performance and sales achievements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize product distribution for Oaktra's cement and other commodities. Target and engage potential clients in the construction, retail, and industrial sectors. Meet and exceed regional sales targets to drive revenue growth for the company.
- Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Present Oaktra's product offerings and provide support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Product Distribution and Marketing: Promote Oaktra's trading and logistics solutions, focusing on the company's cement products and other key commodities. Implement local marketing campaigns, including client visits, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
