Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Asian Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the Asian market and its complexities. They will be able to think strategically, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the Asian Region.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to pursue them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on senior management roles.
- Extensive knowledge of the Asian market, including its dynamics, trends, and challenges.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Able to think strategically, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and make informed decisions.
