Job Description

The role of Production Manager involves overseeing the entire production process, ensuring sustainability and cost-effectiveness. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations in terms of quantity, quality, and innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources effectively, analyzing workforce requirements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also lead the production team to drive the application of effective and efficient techniques to deliver on-time completion of targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical discipline, proven experience in operations within the process industry, preferably with over 10 years' experience, and sound understanding of SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of health and safety, as well as the ability to calculate and analyze yield losses and their reasons.
