Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the success of our restaurant operations. This key role will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and company goals while maintaining high standards in production, productivity, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire operation of multiple restaurants including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Ensure exceptional guest services and maintain absolute customer satisfaction through diligent supervision and prompt response to customer complaints.
  • Maintain and promote the highest quality of products and services at all times.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Evaluate personnel's performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development.
  • Support human resources development and recruiting efforts by identifying and hiring talented individuals.
  • Analyze consumption, forecast sales, and manage inventory to optimize business performance.
  • Develop and implement effective Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies to boost product promotion and brand image.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety protocols as per HACCP regulations.
  • Foster a positive working environment and serve as a role model for team members.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Must have 3 to 5 years of successful experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a franchised unit.
  • Demonstrated career experience in customer service management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of food and multiple cuisines.
  • Familiarity with demographic and eating habits of the local market is essential.
  • Proficiency in the English language and computer literacy are required.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Acute financial management skills are also essential for optimal business performance.
