English Language Assessment Role

We are seeking a qualified Call Quality Agent to conduct English language assessments and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.

  • This role involves daily call quality monitoring, coaching, and mentoring on spoken English, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
  • You will also develop, maintain, and manage auto-scored English language proficiency assessments.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to customer services training specific to UK culture – UK English language and ongoing training and development (CPD).
  • Quality assurance of transcribed files is a key responsibility.

To succeed in this role, you will need a graduate degree in English Literature, Applied Linguistics, or a related field, along with significant experience in English teaching and assessment.

  • Possession of IELTS/CEFR certification, PTE, Language certificate, Oxford English Test, and British Council experience is essential.
  • A thorough understanding of UK English language dialect and excellent communication skills are crucial.
  • As a self-motivated individual, you will be able to work effectively in a team environment.
